Refund policy
We provide refunds for products that are returned to us in new condition and in original packaging less any shipping charges within 45 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Outbound shipping is non-refundable. Once parts have been installed and used, they are non-refundable.
If you ordered the wrong belt for your treadmill and want to exchange it for a different belt, we provide exchanges for products that are returned to us in brand new condition and in original packaging less any shipping charges within 45 days of purchase. Fit Guarantee
We guarantee our products will fit your treadmill when our model number and/or serial number description matches your treadmill. If we are at fault for a product that does not fit your treadmill due to an incorrect description or the wrong size provided, we will provide a replacement free of charge with no extra costs, or a refund of the full order cost.
